Our Farm
Our farm is located on approximately 100 acres of land in Southeastern Wisconsin and has been in the family for four generations.
In 2003 we introduced 3 Purebred Scottish Highland Cows and 6 calves to the land. It didn't take us long to fall in love with this beautiful breed of animals. We have now increased our numbers to a herd size of approximately 50 full blood Scottish Highlands. Our cattle are all pasture raised and naturally fed.

We never use any hormones or unnecessary chemicals on the animals or land and only suppliment their diet with trace minerals, some salt, and a small amount of corn grown on the farm for a "treat". Their food, hay and corn, grown on the farm throughout the year, is what the animals receive during the winter, and all manure produced is returned to the land as compost, so the process results in natural raised beef with happy healthy animals.
